1. Super strong load-bearing capacity and structural rigidity
Main beam structure: adopts a high and thickened box-type double main beam, the steel plate thickness is significantly increased (usually ≥20mm), the section height is higher, and the bending and torsion resistance is extremely strong, ensuring that the main beam deflection is strictly controlled within the allowable range when fully loaded with 80 tons (usually ≤S/700~S/1000).
End beam design: heavy-duty box-type end beam, equipped with four-corner drive (8 wheels or more), larger wheel diameter (such as Φ900mm or more), evenly distributed load wheel pressure, to avoid local overload of the track.
2. Super high working level and durability
The design working level reaches A6/A7/A8 (heavy or extra heavy), suitable for 24-hour continuous operation, extreme working conditions with high cycle times (such as metallurgical continuous casting, large pressure vessel manufacturing).
The life of core components is doubled: gears (hardened tooth surface), wheels (alloy forged steel), reels (steel plate rolling), etc. are designed for fatigue life of ≥500,000 times, and heavy-duty spherical roller bearings are used for bearings.
3. Multiple safety guarantee systems
Triple redundancy of lifting and braking:
Main brake (high-speed shaft) + safety brake (low-speed shaft directly acts on the drum) + hydraulic electromagnetic backup brake.
Instantaneous response of emergency braking (≤0.2 seconds) to prevent heavy objects from falling in case of power failure or failure.
